This is one of the new "premium" features available to us.   Bear with me while we work out any kinks. 

A few important definitions regarding the Message Board and how it works:
Message Board: The premium feature that allows you to create "categories" and "topics" that "users" can submit "posts" to.

Categories: The different subjects that are on the Message Board which contain "topics" and "posts". Only the website administrator can create a category.  (currently using the default categories pre-set by My Event)

Topics: The issues within a category which "users" can create for discussion purposes. Any user can start a "topic".

Posts: These are the messages within a topic that users can reply to.

Users: Users are the people that can create topics and reply to posts.
Users need to register for a user name and password on the message board.

Moderators: Moderators must be selected by the website administrator* from the list of users. Moderators can edit or delete messages and block users on the Message Board.
